Lifescapes International is a landscape architecture company that has been around
since 1958, innovating and imagining the most delightful landscapes
environments for clients and their customers worldwide.
My work consisted of 3-D modeling and rendering (using 3-D Studio Max), as well as
graphic design work and coloring
for architectural site plans for presentation.
As the sole 3-D artist, my job was to
help the company move toward 3-D as a way of presentation.
Specifically, I created/rendered the 3-D model/fly-by animation for Hotel Echelon in Las Vegas, NV
(which took over a month -- not easy when considering last minute design changes from architects)
and made modifications and additions on the model for Riverbend Business Plaza in Florida.
3-D Studio Max 2008-9 was used.

Working off a previous building model, I added in the trees, fountains, roads, and other greeneries.

Landscape Architecure Site Plans
My 2-D work consisted of coloring and beautifying the site plans based on CAD drawings.
